Welcome to Prime Rep. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Prime Rep mobile application and related services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, downloading, or using Prime Rep, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Prime Rep. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial fitness tracking purposes.

You retain ownership of content you create, such as workout logs, custom exercises, and notes. By using the Services, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content to provide the Services to you.
If you share workout content with other users, you represent that you have the right to share such content and agree not to distribute copyrighted training programs without authorization.
Prime Rep is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
The Services provide fitness tracking tools and suggestions. They are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before starting any exercise program.
Physical exercise carries inherent risks. You acknowledge that you voluntarily participate in physical activities and assume all risks, including injury or death. Listen to your body and stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
We make no guarantees regarding fitness outcomes. Results vary based on individual factors including genetics, diet, effort, and consistency.
The Services may integrate with Apple Health to read and write workout data. You control which data is shared through your device settings.
Data from Apple Health or other connected services is provided "as-is." We are not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies.
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Prime Rep and protected by intellectual property laws.
"Prime Rep" and our logo are trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Rep and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Rep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Prime Rep regarding the Services.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
